It rained, it flooded, it was cold and windy but we had a great time and made the most of seeing old friends and meeting new ones. A fun time was had by all and would love to return during summer to take full advantagle of this wonderful property. However we would have preferred not to have the genious version of trivial pursuit!

This is our fourth visit and is now our "weekender". The kids bring their bikes and are outside playing most of the day with the dogs. We have to call them in to eat...unheard of!

This is a beautiful, beautiful, serene property. The kitchen is extremely well equiped, lovely clean linen on all the beds and an inviting pool to cool off in. Being a level house suited my 90 year old mother down to the ground.

We have only lived in Sydney for a year and this was our first weekend away and we LOVED IT!! You have a very beautiful place and we so enjoyed ourselves. Thanks so much!

Wonderful hideaway. We had a Christmas in August dinner. Roast turkey!!! with all the trimmings. Dogs adored it so did the humans. Yabbie trap found! Where? In the Yabbie Dam. Of course.

"Aah...the serenity" [Quote from 'The Castle"] but desccribes your beautiful property. Driving long hours back from Adleaide the last couple of days have been the perfect way to wind down. Tried to fit in enjoying the pool, vegging out in front of the tv and some vineyards, but will definitely be back to work on the first two. Thanks for everything.

The kids loved catching the yabbies and we enjoyed the peace. Even the kangaroos came to say good morning.

Gumtree Wai is a hidden gem, great value for money for such quality, all the peace and quiet you can take and only 15 minutes from the vineyards. There is a real pride taken in the presentation of the property and counless small touches which really make the difference. Everything you could want or need has been thought of. The whole family had a fantastic stay.
